Collect the identifiers before checking
Ask for the agency’s registered company name, licence number, licence category, office address and the legal name that will appear on the invoice or receipt. A trading label by itself is not enough for a reliable search.
Check that the licence category covers foreign domestic-worker placement and that the licence remains current. Save the register result or written confirmation with the quotation.
Resolve any mismatch before continuing
Pause when the licence belongs to a different company, the payment is directed to an unrelated person or entity, or the registered region does not match the office handling the case. Ask for a written explanation and verify it with the responsible labour department.
A valid licence confirms legal authority to perform recruitment activity. Continue separately checking the service scope, itemised fees, replacement terms and the household fit.
